We are offering the following programs for the 2010 season: • Strength & Conditioning Program We offer all-women’s group triathlon training in Boulder and Denver to female athletes of all ages and experience levels, with plans geared toward. Sprint, Olympic, ½-Ironman, and full Ironman distance triathlons. For ALL program dates and times please contact Coach Andie at coachandie@gmail.com or 303-859-8999 Tri Babes Training Stroke and Swim DevelopmentImprove your freestyle stroke with this 8 week training program consisting of drills, coached feedback sessions, and weekly workouts. Also learn the proper way to swim all strokes: breast, butterfly, and backstroke. Thursday mornings at Flatiron Athletic Club (7:00am-8:00am) Tri Babes Training Fall Running ProgramThe Tri Babes Training Running Program prepares women for various Fall 5K, 10K, Half/Full Marathon running races. We meet Saturday mornings. All levels welcome. Please visit the blog for more details.
